Nothing is frozen, and menus change daily according to availability. Fresh fish abounds in Mallorca and if you are a fish-lover, join us for weekly trips to the S’Olivar fish market in Palma – you are in for a real treat. Although the emphasis is on Mallorcan specialties, our Italian roots ensure that home-made bread and pasta feature daily on the menu.
Much of the produce used in our kitchen is from the Finca Es Castell own grounds - lamb, chicken, oranges, lemons, tangerines, figs, almonds, olives, pears, honey - and from the local markets.
We are justifiably proud of the quality of our food, which has been highly reccommended in many press articles, and we belive it will be a part of your holiday enjoyment.
